I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

And while I always love a good opportunity to reference SNL’s Target Lady, this time I’m going to mention a different woman paired up with the red bullseye: HGTV’s Sabrina Soto. Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. I’M A TARGET LADY! It’s so hard to choose just one favorite score from Target because I’m constantly there buying things. I get really excited when I find Legos clearanced there, because Legos are so expensive usually and DS2 is a lego freak. I know just what I’d get with the gift card. I’ve been eyeballing a clock for literally months. Stalking it. Waiting for it to go on sale so I can gift myself with it.

My fave Target score is a super plush chocolate brown blanket. It’s perfect for curling up on the couch on cold winter nights and is large enough to accomodate me at one end of the couch, the hubby at the other and two pampered pooches in between. Not mention, when not in use, it’s folded up and stored in a target storage ottoman :)

I would have to say I get most excited about the clearance toys I pick up there for the kiddos. A train table I snagged for $20 stands out the most (originally $80… anything less than 75% off just doesn’t seem like a good deal… Target ruined me with their awesome clearance!)
