Fab Freebie: The Target Lady

I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

We don’t really need to waste time reminding you guys how much we love Target (we’ve got about a million posts like this and this to prove it). I even created this graphic to try to convey how excited we are:

And while I always love a good opportunity to reference SNL’s Target Lady, this time I’m going to mention a different woman paired up with the red bullseye: HGTV’s Sabrina Soto. Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. She’s even got a bunch of tip-filled videos over on Target’s styleboutique blog.

    I’M A TARGET LADY!! My husband refers to Target as my boyfriend-as in ‘going to see your boyfriend?’ I couldn’t possibly choose my favorite thing-I buy so much there!

    I live about 45 minutes from the nearest Target and can I say sometimes I feel as though i’m going through withdrawal! I love it that much…it completes me. :)

    My fave purchase (out of millions at Target) was my banana leaf trunk that is in our living room filled with blankets. It is the perfect natural element in the room and oh so functional!!

    I’M A TARGET GENTLEMAN

    I fell in love with a console table from Crate and Barrel, but couldn’t justify the cost. A few weeks later I found a similar table from Target for about 1/10th the price and dare I say … it actually looks better! I get compliments on that table quite a bit.

    I’M A TARGET LADY!!! One of my favorite things I got at Target was this super sleek bread box. It’s brushed stainless steel so it fits in with our appliances and it conveniently hides our chips, fruit chews, granola bars and other snackies!

    We got some sweet baskets there from our wedding registry. Sadly, there is not a Target in my town, so my trips are far and few between. But I make up for the quantity by staying extra long when I do go.

    I’M A TARGET LADY!!!!
    One of my fave things I’ve ever scored at Target was a dress. Well, 3 dresses to be exact. Same style, different colors / patterns. They were on clearance and although they weren’t maternity dresses they got me through the last 3 months of my pregnancy this past summer with comfort and style. I got SO many compliments. The best $30.00 I’ve ever spent on clothing!

    I’m a target lady!! I love these three decorative plates I scored for a $1 each. Gotta love clearance. They hang in my kitchen above my window and I always get complements on them. Gotta love a statement that cost you only three bucks!!
