Fab Freebie: Tool’s In Session

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random winner of lots of goodies from Liquid-Plumr is… Maria (who is actually applying for her PhD in global health diplomacy right now – a self declared “nerdfest”). Congrats!

Raise your hand if you’d like a $150 gift card to Home Depot and a 145-piece tool set? Okay, hands down. We can’t see you anyways. But one of you is going to score those supplies along with two of Liquid-Plumr’s latest clog-busting products. It’s all part of their Tool School, which puts Toolbelt Diva Norma Vally behind the teacher’s desk and includes how-to videos like the one below. Enroll now and you might just know what to do with all 145 tools that are up for grabs…

  • PRIZE: A $150 gift card to Home Depot, a 145-piece tool set, and Liquid-Plumr Double Impact and Disposal & Drain Foaming Cleaner
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “SCHOOL ME!” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … if you could go to school to earn any degree you wanted right now, what would you study? Would you try something new and exciting? Or follow the same career path that you may have already taken?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, January 18th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States or Canada (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winners will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Video courtesy of Liquid-Plumr.

I have a degree in journalism and mass comm, and a minor in English. I almost minored in Pop Culture, though. I think getting a full degree in Pop Culture would be made of win.

    SCHOOL ME!

I would love to go to cooking school and become a chef, or better yet, pastry school and open my own bakery.

(PS – is it just me that thinks that upper-cased “school” looks weird? I had to check the spelling twice cause it just didn’t look right!)

I would go back and study something completely different than what I studied (arch/construction) but alas no plans to do so in near future.

SCHOOL ME! If I could go back to college, I would actually go to trade school to become a general contractor. I have always been a ‘project person’ and now that my husband and I have our first home (as of 18 months ago) we do a new project every month. September was our master closet, October was our master bath cabinets, November our laundry room, December our kitchen cabinets, and this month, kitchen contertops and backsplash. My in laws probably think I’m crazy because for christmas and birthdays, I always ask for tools or a gift card to Home Depot (less than 1 mile form our home :) )

Thanks for being a dependable blog with good instruction on how I can accomplish my projects!! Much Love, Gina

SCHOOL ME! If I could go back to school right now, I would follow my 16-year-old dreams and go to Culinary School. It’s funny how everyone tells you that you never know what you want to be as an adult when you’re 16, but I did. Unfortunately I didn’t follow through on my dreams, so now I’m a self-taught wanna-be chef…for me and the hubs.
