Fab Freebie: Tool’s In Session

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random winner of lots of goodies from Liquid-Plumr is… Maria (who is actually applying for her PhD in global health diplomacy right now – a self declared “nerdfest”). Congrats!

Raise your hand if you’d like a $150 gift card to Home Depot and a 145-piece tool set? Okay, hands down. We can’t see you anyways. But one of you is going to score those supplies along with two of Liquid-Plumr’s latest clog-busting products. It’s all part of their Tool School, which puts Toolbelt Diva Norma Vally behind the teacher’s desk and includes how-to videos like the one below. Enroll now and you might just know what to do with all 145 tools that are up for grabs…

  • PRIZE: A $150 gift card to Home Depot, a 145-piece tool set, and Liquid-Plumr Double Impact and Disposal & Drain Foaming Cleaner
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “SCHOOL ME!” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … if you could go to school to earn any degree you wanted right now, what would you study? Would you try something new and exciting? Or follow the same career path that you may have already taken?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, January 18th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States or Canada (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winners will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Video courtesy of Liquid-Plumr.

    SCHOOL ME!

I don’t think I would change my major (education) but I wish I had taken more ‘fun’ classes, like photography or scuba diving. I wish I had taken time for that when I first went through school.

This question is easy for me because I just went back again this fall. I’m back in school for my PhD in Epidemiology. Luckily, it’s still my degree of choice. I’m loving the program!

I really like what I do now but I am also intrigued by all food-related professions (chefs, bakers, nutritionists), so I think I would have been just as happy doing something like that.

School me. If I went back to school, which I might someday, I would go for Marine Biology. I always wanted to be that growing up, then I decided for the sensible route and did business when it came down to a decision in Major… I don’t regret anything, but that is close to a regret…

If I could go back to school I would probably study photography so I could take my own great pictures of my kids instead of paying a lot of mondy to have someone else do it OR I would study interior design so I would know what to do with our open floor plan (living, dining, foyer, and kitchen all are basically one big area)that is extremely difficult to decorate and isn’t nearly as functional as I originally thought when we bought this house.
