Fab Freebie: Tool’s In Session

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***

And the random winner of lots of goodies from Liquid-Plumr is… Maria (who is actually applying for her PhD in global health diplomacy right now – a self declared “nerdfest”). Congrats!

Raise your hand if you’d like a $150 gift card to Home Depot and a 145-piece tool set? Okay, hands down. We can’t see you anyways. But one of you is going to score those supplies along with two of Liquid-Plumr’s latest clog-busting products. It’s all part of their Tool School, which puts Toolbelt Diva Norma Vally behind the teacher’s desk and includes how-to videos like the one below. Enroll now and you might just know what to do with all 145 tools that are up for grabs…

  • PRIZE: A $150 gift card to Home Depot, a 145-piece tool set, and Liquid-Plumr Double Impact and Disposal & Drain Foaming Cleaner
  • TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “SCHOOL ME!” and tell us…
  • BONUS QUESTION: … if you could go to school to earn any degree you wanted right now, what would you study? Would you try something new and exciting? Or follow the same career path that you may have already taken?
  • GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, January 18th at 8pm EST or at 10,000 entries (whichever comes first)
  • NUMBER OF WINNERS: One
  • PRIZE SHIPS: The United States or Canada (although we do try to wrangle as many international giveaways as possible)
  • USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winners will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…

Note: We aren’t paid or perked for hosting these giveaways, we just do ‘em to thank you awesome folks for stopping in. See our Giveaway FAQ page for more info. Video courtesy of Liquid-Plumr.

SCHOOL ME!!!!! I can’t even fathom going back to school but if I did I would probably do interior designing or something along those lines. I love being a paralegal but as I have gotten older I find designing to be so much fun!

    SCHOOL ME!!

I am not sure of which school but one of two degrees: Master’s in Public Health or a Master’s in Social Work. Both are somewhat similar to what I do now but I wonder if they would have been a better choice than what I have degrees in.

School me! I really love this giveaway! I’m 30 years old and still in school actually. Hoping to finish my doctorate in June, then I believe that’s enough school for a while. But maybe my next educational pursuit will be yoga teacher training.

If I could go back, I would probably go and get my Masters in Interior Design or Education so I could either expand my career knowledge and possibly teach other up and coming designers.

School me! And I am already in school… working on a PhD in medieval history. Which means that I just look at all your beautiful home improvement projects and drool and wish I had time. BUT I did just use my Christmas money to get drapery hardware and curtains for my bedroom that my husband put up for me. Does that count? But if I win the Home Depot card, I plan to spend in all on my yard this spring. It needs it, and I hear gardening is good stress-releasing therapy!

My PR degree has served me pretty well, but I wish I had studied at a larger, public university instead of a small, private one. Maybe then I wouldn’t get so many confused looks when I tell people where I went to school. :-)

SCHOOL ME! This very question is exactly why I haven’t graduated from college yet. I keep changing my major because I want to do all of it! Here are some I’d like to do: culinary/pastry chef, English, Anthropology, Psychology, Biology, Elementary Ed, High School Ed, Pre-med, History, Theatre, Deaf Ed, and more. I have actually had each of these be my major at one point. Now, I think I’ve narrowed it down to Englsh, History, and Education. But as soon as I say that I think, but wait, I love science too! Urg. Someone needs to just choose for me.
