It’s no secret that we love West Elm (we own two daybeds and a desk among other things from their store). So let’s just say that we’ll be mighty jealous of the person who wins this week’s FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR gift card there (four year blogiversaries are for big prizes, after all). Not only is West Elm helping us celebrate four years of blogging, they’re also celebrating the launch of their new blog Front & Main (named for the Brooklyn street corner where their original brick-and-mortar store sits). 2007 feels like a million years ago, though not a lot in my life has actually changed. Still work at the same place, still live in the same place (though I moved there in 2007), same goldfish, still without “the man of my dreams”… but I am grateful for all I have gone through and learned in the last four years. I guess I gained a kitten and a few tattoos along the way too.

WEST ME!!! Gosh, lots has changed since 2007. I graduated undergrad, got married, got 2 dogs, moved to Boston, graduated with my masters, then moved to Dallas and got my first full-time job! Quite a busy few years, and hard on the wallet at times, but this would definitely help!

My world has completely changed since 2007! Most notably is that this year I found your blog and it has rocked my internet-loving-life. I also have graduated college, gotten married, and moved from a teeny-tiny sleepy southern town to the big ATL! And my hair is finally all my natural color…grays and all. Life sure didn’t happen the way I thought it would, but I love it just the same! Four years has seen a lot of growth and healthy change and I can’t wait to see what the next four years have in store!
