It’s no secret that we love West Elm (we own two daybeds and a desk among other things from their store). So let’s just say that we’ll be mighty jealous of the person who wins this week’s FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR gift card there (four year blogiversaries are for big prizes, after all). The year 2007 saw me as a poor college student living in a shoebox and working as a corporate slave… I mean receptionist at a local newspaper. My oh MY how life has changed. I think a list would be more appropriate than a novel;

*Started and completed my teaching internship

* Got my very first teaching job (kindergarten, yay!)
