It’s no secret that we love West Elm (we own two daybeds and a desk among other things from their store). So let’s just say that we’ll be mighty jealous of the person who wins this week’s FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR gift card there (four year blogiversaries are for big prizes, after all). Not only is West Elm helping us celebrate four years of blogging, they’re also celebrating the launch of their new blog Front & Main (named for the Brooklyn street corner where their original brick-and-mortar store sits). In 2007, my sister in law and I just started our wedding photography business. And today, we’ve been at it for 4 years and get the majority of our work by word of mouth and it keeps us busy. We are thrilled to be doing what we love! And the bonus, I married her brother in 2008 and we now have a 4.5 month old baby boy. =)

In 2007 I was in my sophomore year of college, living in Rochester, NY – single, studious, happy.
Now I’m in the working world, living in Columbus, OH – in a relationship, nesting away, and happy.
So a few changes, but all in good ways. :)

My life is SO much different than it was in 2007. In 2007, I graduated from high school and started my first year of college at Central Michigan University. Since then, I have graduated from college with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and am now working at a telecommunications company. I have moved back to my hometown (for now) with my boyfriend, and plan to move into a bigger, better place once we settle into things.
