Changes – TONS! The biggest change has probably been my home. In 2007, I was living in a three-bedroom apartment with two other roommates. Now, I live by myself in a one-bedroom, and I couldn’t be more happy! I’m in love with decorating it, and I love following your blog for inspiration!

As for what’s different. In 2007 I was engaged, now I’m married. I was a basement sweet dweller, now I’m a homeowner. I was 22 with a view of the world that meant I often found it difficult to know how to be kind and compassionate to myself. Now I am 26; more aware of myself and my insecurities but also the proud owner of many new life “tools” that enable kindness towards myself and others.
